RUHEPAI is represented by the General Assembly composed of partner organizations, beneficiaries and individuals who sit once a year during the month of December to review accomplished activities and approve new plans and budgets. The Executive Board elected out of the general assembly is composed of seven members with five females and two males. These meet three times in the year to assess RUHEPAI progress, review financial reports and statements, guide on new strategies and ensure effective and efficient functioning of the organization. Eight skilled committed personnel headed by the Executive Director and appointed by the Board; are responsible for day to day running of the organization and implementation of project activities.
